Training schedule KICKBOXING-BALI 2015

EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY FROM 17:30-19:00

RP.75.000.- EACH CLASS

These trainings sessions are for beginner and advanced, we focus on stamina/endurance and techniques.


We start these classes with a warming up (around 10 Min) that include:

Mirror Kick-Thai-boxing techniques.


Followed by Heavy Bag Training (around 40/50 Min) Includes:

Boxing and Kickboxing combinations with technical explanation,

Sit ups, Pushups and stretching exercises between.


The last 30/40 Min:

We will do technical exercises, where you can learn how to defense, counter and strike.


Or you can do some rounds of sparring this is only for those people who like to do this.

SAMPLE 90MIN KICKBOXING WORKOUT

New training schedule KICKBOXING-BALI 2014

EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY FROM 17:30-19:00

We start with a warming up that can contain the following exercises:

1: Running includes exercises like:
Jumping, squats, push-ups, sit-ups, flying knees, etc.

2: Mirror/Shadow boxing includes exercises like:
Combination boxing/kickboxing, at the count of the instructor, who also explains the technical side while working out those combinations.

3: Special exercises for the muscle group’s which will improve your kickboxing skills, like shoulder, leg, lower back and neck exercises.



4: Stretching:

Combination boxing/kickboxing on the heavy bag, at the count of the instructor, who also explains the technical side while working out those combinations to improve your kickboxing skills.

Sparring and exercise training contains following exercises:

sparring (3 min rounds with 1 min rest between) that can contain:
1: Boxing to the body or normal boxing include the face.
2: Boxing in combination with low kicks.
3: Boxing in combination with low kicks and body kicks.
4: Full kickboxing that includes clinching with knees.
5: Clinching and combination exercises. 

This will always be under the watchful eye of the instructor to prevent injuries and to provide the necessary guidance during these sparring sessions.  

The last 10 minutes of these kickboxing classes will contain:
Sit-ups, push-ups and cooling down stretching exercises.

At the end of the lesson there will be given some extra tips to get your kickboxing skills to a higher level.

Sparring:

Sparring in our dojo is accessible for everyone, from beginners to advanced levels. It is always the choice of the students to participate in this part of the lesson. 

Always some rounds of sparring on the end of our kickboxing class, this is good to try the combinations you learned to use in reality.

Stretching exercises after the warming up to loosen up the mussels.






Lots of exercises on the boxing bags with combinations like:


Left punch-Right hook-Left low kick
Left-Right punch-Left Hook-Right low kick

Left punch-Right uppercut-Left Hook-Right Body Kick
Right punch-Left uppercut-Right Hook-Left Body kick

Push Kicks Left or Right follow up with a Left or Right Knee

Left Round knees-Left Strait knees- Right Round Knees-Right Strait knees
