Training schedule KICKBOXING-BALI 2015

EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY FROM 17:30-19:00

RP.75.000.- EACH CLASS

These trainings sessions are for beginner and advanced, we focus on stamina/endurance and techniques.


We start these classes with a warming up (around 10 Min) that include:

Mirror Kick-Thai-boxing techniques.


Followed by Heavy Bag Training (around 40/50 Min) Includes:

Boxing and Kickboxing combinations with technical explanation,

Sit ups, Pushups and stretching exercises between.


The last 30/40 Min:

We will do technical exercises, where you can learn how to defense, counter and strike.


Or you can do some rounds of sparring this is only for those people who like to do this.

SPARRING AT DOJO AORA

Sparring:

Sparring in our dojo is accessible for everyone, from beginners to advanced levels. It is always the choice of the students to participate in this part of the lesson.



   





The students are free of choice to watch and learn from other students sparring or go exercise theme self on one of the boxing bags.














The purpose of sparring is to bring all the aspects of kickboxing in practice to exercise under supervision from the kickboxing instructor.













In our dojo it is the intention to learn from each other and not to hurt each other by purpose.  
















The sparring in this kickboxing class are always at the students own risk, the dojo or teachers will not be responsible for any injury’s that may occur.
