Training schedule KICKBOXING-BALI 2015

EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY FROM 17:30-19:00

RP.75.000.- EACH CLASS

These trainings sessions are for beginner and advanced, we focus on stamina/endurance and techniques.


We start these classes with a warming up (around 10 Min) that include:

Mirror Kick-Thai-boxing techniques.


Followed by Heavy Bag Training (around 40/50 Min) Includes:

Boxing and Kickboxing combinations with technical explanation,

Sit ups, Pushups and stretching exercises between.


The last 30/40 Min:

We will do technical exercises, where you can learn how to defense, counter and strike.


Or you can do some rounds of sparring this is only for those people who like to do this.

KICK PAD TRAINING AT DOJO AORA


Kick pads:





After the warming up we start for example with the kick pads to increase the stamina and technical side of kickboxing.



All exercises are practiced under supervision from the kickboxing instructor.
