Sparring:
Sparring in our dojo is accessible for everyone, from beginners to advanced levels. It is always the choice of the students to participate in this part of the lesson.
The students are free of choice to watch and learn from other students sparring or go exercise theme self on one of the boxing bags.
The purpose of sparring is to bring all the aspects of kickboxing in practice to exercise under supervision from the kickboxing instructor.
In our dojo it is the intention to learn from each other and not to hurt each other by purpose.
The sparring in this kickboxing class are always at the students own risk, the dojo or teachers will not be responsible for any injury’s that may occur.
